Coach Jason

Rebellion Performance

I have been an RRCA certified running coach for 5 years. I was head coach for SOAR Running Club for 5 year. I have also coached running independently for the last 5 years from 5k to 100 mile runners.

My coaching passion and focus has been ultramarathons the past couple years. That is where my personal running passion lies as well. However I am open to any and all distances.

My coaching philosophy is to fit running into your life, not fit your life into running. I am big on rest days and understanding when a workout or run doesn't happen because of life. Running and life should be enjoyable, so it's making sure to keep a good balance while still getting quality out of your running.

I recently graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a master's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation Science. I am also a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), a CPT, both through NASM and a Level 2 Certified Speed Specialist through NASE. I am more than willing to add those services as well if a runner would like them. I also try to incorporate elements of these into my training plans.

Coach Rebecca

Rebecca Copp Running and Wellness

National Junior College Women's Head Cross Country Coach for 4 years and a former high school and college competitor. RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach, USATFCCCA Endurance Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. My experience includes track and road middle-distance 5k, 10k, half-marathon, marathon and cross country 5k.

Nothing lights a fire in my soul more than watching an athlete push past their perceived limits and discover their potential! I enjoy coaching runners of all levels and helping them reach their goals. As a mom of two, I have a particular interest in helping other moms balance fitness and family with limited time to train because of busy schedules. Also, because of my background as an athlete I enjoy helping former and re-emerging athletes who have taken a hiatus, coming back from an injury or are feeling called to try running as a new sport for the first time.

I truly believe in developing the whole athlete - mind, body, and soul. The coach-athlete relationship is crucial to fostering an environment of trust, confidence, encouragement, growth and communication. I am a passionate coach who will push you when you need a nudge, tell you when to slow down and hold space for you when life gets messy. I will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone, fostering adaptation and growth. I will be there every step of the way to lift you up and celebrate every win, no matter how small.

My main goal for you is to find joy in running and cultivate confidence in yourself - it's as much about the journey as it is about the process.

I want to help you navigate this journey, trust and enjoy the process, and create a healthy and sustainable relationship with running. We will do this by developing a mindset to support the ups and downs of life and running, purposeful training and communication. The focus will be on long-term fitness over short-term gains to safely progress and create longevity.

Coach Gary

I've coached Open and Master's runners for 25+ years from mile through marathon and I'm Assistant Coach at Drew University. I love coaching people that want to get better. There is more of an art to coaching master's runners and I have learned a lot through my own journey as a masters runner to better help others. Each person is unique and there is no cookie cutter approach to coaching. I typically will provide only 1 week of training at a time to be able to adjust how things are going.

My marathon PR is 2:32 and for 36 years in a row (and counting...?) I've broken 5 minutes for the mile.

Coach Jenna

Kaio Coaching

I have been coaching for 9 years at every level from beginner to Boston Marathon Qualifiers. I am certified as a USATF level 2 endurance coach as well as an ITCA Triathlon Coach and NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer. I also hold certifications in Fitness Nutrition Coaching, Sports Injury Specialist, and am currently working on a Core Conditioning Specialist Certification. My personal background includes having 4 babies and I have been through full line up of starting from scratch after years of being less-than-active as well as running through a pregnancy and the rehab needed after baby.

My coaching passion lies in helping any athlete achieve that next "level up" whether that be getting back to working out after a long time on the couch or taking that leap for your first marathon or your best time at any distance. I definitely prefer run coaching, though my triathlon background gives me the opportunity to be flexible with my athlete's training based on their needs (or their goals).

My coaching philosophy is that good things come to those who diligently work towards it and I'm here to help you make sure you are doing just that by helping you with accountability and providing you with a smart "road map" to get you there the best way possible.
