RETURNS


We at Confluence Running and Ruthie’s Run want you to be happy with your purchase!


If you aren’t satisfied with the way an item you purchased from us performs, fits, or feels, we will take it back within 30 days from the point of purchase for an exchange, store credit or, in select cases, refund*. No returns on nutrition, hydration products, or clearance shoes are offered at this time. We will happily replace defective items and issue store credit. We will strive to find the best solution we can.


*Confluence Running will refund current model shoes that, after inspection by our staff, show no signs of wear, tear, or damage, and are in “as new” condition. If the shoes do not meet these qualifications upon return, you will have the option of exchange or store credit.


In store purchases 


  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange for the full value of the purchase, products must be returned in a new, store-bought condition within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Products returned in used or worn condition within 30 days may be replaced or exchanged for store credit.
  • Products beyond 30 days from the original purchase date are ineligible for return.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • When returning purchases made with a gift card/code, any refund or store credit will be issued as a gift card.


Online purchases


Confluence Running is excited to announce that we now offer the Re:do program for our online shoppers! For only $1.98 at time of purchase, the Re:do program offers you, the customer, the ability to obtain a free shipping label for exchanges or in-store credit. Shop with confidence knowing that Re:do has you covered! Purchasing Re:do does not cover the shipping cost to return a product for a full refund, and that cost will be the customer's responsibility. If you choose to not purchase Re:do coverage at the time of purchase, you must pay any applicable return or exchange shipping fees.


  • All online returns and exchanges are done through the Re:do program regardless if you purchased the Re:do coverage or not. Click the link above to start the process.

  • Footwear must arrive back to us in the original shoe box.
  • Once the item is inspected, store credit will be issued. In select cases upon inspection, items will be refunded.
  • Clearance/Sale items may only be returned for in store credit, not a full refund.
