At Confluence Running and Ruthie’s Run, we aim for your complete satisfaction! If you aren’t happy with how an item you purchased performs, fits, or feels, we’re here to help.  For your convenience, products purchased online may be returned in any Confluence Running or Ruthie's Run retail location

Return Guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges: To qualify for a full refund or exchange, products must be returned in new, store-bought condition within 30 days from the original purchase or delivery date. Products must be intact and returned in their original packaging. Please use a cardboard box or polymailer to ensure the product and its packaging are protected during transit. Do not tape the shoebox as it is considered damaging the box. Products returned in used or worn condition within this period are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on nutrition, hydration products, or clearance shoes. Defective items will be replaced or returned for store credit.
  • Clearance Items: Products purchased as clearance or from our sale section can only be returned for store credit.
  • Damaged Products: Products and their original boxes that are returned damaged will not qualify for a refund. Such items may be returned for store credit only.
  • Time Frame: Products beyond 30 days from the original purchase or delivery date are ineligible for return.

In-Store Purchases:

  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • When returning purchases made with a gift card/code, any refund or store credit will be issued as a gift card.

Online Purchases:

  • Re:Do Exchange Program: Our Re:Do program allows online customers to obtain a free shipping label for exchanges or store credit for a fee at the time of purchase. While Re:Do covers exchanges or store credit, the cost of return shipping for refunds is the customer’s responsibility. Without Re:Do exchanges will apply.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Packaging: Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box to qualify for a refund. Items not meeting these packaging standards will receive store credit only, after inspection.
  • All returns and exchanges for online purchases must be processed through the Re:Do program, regardless of Re:Do coverage. Start your return or exchange here.
