Since 2013, Confluence Running has focused on specialty footwear, customer service, education, and community. We work with competitive runners, walkers, people returning to activity, and customers who simply need to feel better on their feet.

What the work includes
- Individualized customer service and footwear fitting
- Inventory management and accurate product handling
- Merchandising and store presentation
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized shop
- Learning products, services, biomechanics, and fitting principles
- Supporting community events and team initiatives when needed
Training and certification
Team members who perform footwear fittings are expected to complete and maintain the Dynamic Footwear Specialist certification and continue learning through company education, product training, and hands-on experience.
