The ASICS Superblast 3 returns as a high-performance super trainer, blending the best elements of the Superblast 2 with innovations inspired by ASICS’ METASPEED and BLAST racing lineups. Built to deliver race-day energy in a daily training shoe, the Superblast 3 is engineered for runners who want maximum rebound, lightweight cushioning, and fast turnover.

The midsole features a top layer of FF LEAP foam—also found in the METASPEED Ray, Sky, and Edge racing shoes—providing exceptional responsiveness, explosive energy return, and a lightweight feel. Beneath it, FF BLAST PLUS foam adds structure, durability, and stability for consistent performance during tempo runs and long workouts. A new Trampoline Pod design enhances forefoot spring and propulsion, giving this performance trainer a true super shoe edge.

The upper is crafted from recycled polyester with a dope-dyed sockliner for breathable, eco-conscious comfort. An updated eyestay construction improves midfoot lockdown, while a flared heel cup allows for easy on-and-off wear.
