What changed from the 25 to the 26?
That is the question we ultimately want this page to answer, but we do not want to manufacture an answer before Brooks publishes the final specification set. The model-number change confirms a new generation, but a new generation can involve anything from an upper refinement to meaningful changes in geometry, cushioning, fit, or support implementation.

If your current shoes are worn out, your training cycle is underway, or the Adrenaline GTS 25 already works exceptionally well for your foot, there is no strong reason to delay a needed replacement simply because a new model is coming. The 25 is a known quantity with structured support, a 10 mm drop, balanced cushioning, and a long-established Adrenaline fit profile.
If you are not in a rush and you enjoy evaluating the newest version, waiting for the 26 makes sense—especially once we can publish the final weight, drop, cushioning, upper, and support changes.
