Sizing Chart
Sizing should make shopping easier, not create another guessing game. Use the Confluence Running sizing guides to understand footwear widths, sports bra sizing, apparel measurements, unisex and kids sizing, socks, compression, and brand-specific conventions.
When a brand or product uses its own sizing system, we will call that out rather than forcing it into a generic chart.
Choose a sizing guide
- Footwear Size & Width Guide — understand B, D, 2E and 4E widths, including why the same code can mean something different in men's and women's footwear.
- Sports Bra Sizing — band/cup sizing, alpha sizing, measuring, and fit checks for running.
- Women's Apparel Sizing — how to measure bust, waist, hips and inseam, plus what to do between sizes.
- Men's Apparel Sizing — chest, waist, hips and inseam measurement guidance.
- Unisex Sizing Guide — how to interpret products built on men's, women's or brand-specific size scales.
- Kids' Sizing Guide — footwear and apparel sizing with room to grow without compromising fit.
- Sock Sizing Guide — shoe-size-based sock sizing and what to do when you fall between sizes.
- Compression Sizing Guide — athletic compression sizing by garment and body measurement.
- Brand Size Guides — brand-specific sizing resources when a general chart is not enough.
- Oiselle Size Guide — guidance for Oiselle's numeric, extended and alpha sizing systems.
Sizing and fitting are related, but they are not the same
Sizing helps answer questions such as “What does a women's D width mean?” or “Which apparel size should I start with?” Fitting goes further by considering foot shape, heel security, midfoot volume, forefoot shape, toe depth, cushioning, stability, intended activity and how a specific product interacts with your body.
If you need more than a size chart, learn about our footwear fitting process or visit a Confluence Running location for personalized help.
How to use these guides
- Start with the guide for your product category.
- Use your actual measurements whenever possible rather than relying only on the size printed on another product you own.
- Check the product page for brand- or style-specific notes.
- If you are between sizes or the product has a specialized fit, use the brand guide or contact us for help.
Fit preferences are personal, and sizing can vary by brand, style and product generation. These guides are designed to make the starting point clearer while preserving the manufacturer-specific information that matters.
