This is a great answer for anyone who is running their first race, their first time at this distance, OR just want to kick things up a notch and hit that elusive PR goal.

Running Form Analysis
We will pair you up with a certified coach who will have you run on the treadmill, usually capture video, analyze your running form and discuss with you. We will help you understand running form efficiency and performance, as well as give you instruction for improving your running form.
