Fort Drum Mountain Mudder

The Fort Drum Mountain Mudder is being listed for Friday, August 13, 2027 as a tentative date based on the 2026 FMWR event and its mid-August placement. The approximately 5.5-mile obstacle and mud challenge has featured roughly 25 obstacles and offers a very different experience from a conventional road race, emphasizing strength, endurance, teamwork, and adaptability. Confluence Running is publishing the projected date now so North Country athletes can plan ahead. The 2027 event has not yet been confirmed, so distance, obstacle count, course, start waves, eligibility, registration, access procedures, and race-day logistics may change.

The Fort Drum Mountain Mudder is a 5.5-mile obstacle and mud run with 25 obstacles between The Peak and Remington Park.
