At the heart of the Speedgoat 7 is a new supercritical EVA midsole, offering a refined balance of plush cushioning and energetic rebound. This updated foam provides long-lasting comfort for ultra runs while maintaining the responsiveness needed for technical climbs and fast descents, making it an ideal one-shoe solution for trail runners.

The updated woven upper enhances the dialed-in fit Speedgoat fans love, with a more accommodating midfoot that adapts to a wider range of foot shapes. A redesigned heel collar improves step-in comfort and lockdown, while integrated gaiter compatibility helps keep dirt, rocks, and debris out on rough trails. Made from lightweight, breathable RPET materials, the upper blends durability with a more sustainable construction.
