The 18th Annual Run 4 Downtown (R4DT) in Middletown, NY, continued its tradition of combining a competitive four-mile race with a vibrant community festival. This unique event, which began in 2006, features a staggered start for male and female runners and offers substantial cash prizes for the top finishers. Beyond the race, participants enjoyed the Taste of the Town, live music, and family-friendly activities, all while supporting the ongoing restoration of Historic Downtown Middletown.
