All Paws for a Cause is being listed for Sunday, September 12, 2027 as a tentative planning date based on the confirmed 2026 community walk occurring on the second Sunday of September. The event combines a dog-friendly community walk with breast-cancer prevention and wellness outreach in the Binghamton area. The 2027 date, venue, start time, registration, fundraising details, and vendor information have not yet been confirmed and may change.

The 25th Annual All Paws for a Cause brought dogs, families, vendors and community partners to Otsiningo Park for a dog-friendly community walk and fundraiser supporting the YWCA of Binghamton and Broome County's ENCOREplus breast and cervical health outreach program. The day included pledge fundraising, a costume parade, talent show, agility activities, a Treat Crawl, Paw Art, photo opportunities, vendors, raffles and giveaways. Confluence Running attended, tabled and photographed the 2026 event.
