The Wave Rider 30 combines a full-length Wave Plate with elevated stacks of MIZUNO ENERZY NXT foam for a balanced blend of softness, responsiveness and stability. The geometry moves to an 8 mm heel-to-toe offset for smoother transitions, while X10 carbon rubber provides durable road traction.
