Spring Marathon Training Program


'-20 week marathon training course geared specifically for the Herald of Victory Marathon but can be modified to fit other Marathon race dates around that timeframe.
-Weekly coaching check-ins every Sunday @ 5pm* or online access with an experienced, certified coach
-A unique & customized workout schedule to fit your personal needs and running history
-Confluence Running racing or team apparel.
-Informational Sessions on Topics Ranging from Injury Prevention to Nutrition
-Positive support and coaching
