Photos | Kids on Track | Spring 2019

Kids on Track is a youth running program hosted at the Vestal Coal House & presented by United Health Services (UHS).  Kids on Track invites all children and parents between the ages of 4 and 15.  The Kids on Track program provides wellness lectures, stretching & strength exercise routines, guided running groups, and post-program refreshments.  Confluence Running provides coaches and trainers to take the programs youth through the Sunday afternoon routine.  Each week the participants are provided bracelets and charms that track how many miles the kids run throughout the program until they receive their 26.2 mile charm.
