If you ever do get pushed to the ground, and you’re going to utilize your feet  as a weapon, what you’re going to want to do is kick anywhere you can to buy yourself time. When you initially hit, you’re going to want to sit up to lift your hips to generate more power and more impact on your strikes.So when you do hit the knees, groin, or facial area, you’re going to knock that attacker senseless to buy yourself time to get back into that safety zone.
