The Adios Pro 5 updates the previous generation's ENERGYRODS design with ENERGYRIM around the midsole, leaving more LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam directly beneath your foot. According to adidas, the updated construction delivers 9% more energy return while the shoe weighs approximately 12% less than the Adios Pro 4.
