Oiselle sizing: use the system the product actually uses.
Oiselle's current running apparel spans numeric, extended, alpha and band/cup sizing. The current product chart is the best source when styles differ.
Oiselle sizing systems you may see

Why product-specific guidance matters
Oiselle's own guidance describes its size chart as a general starting point rather than a guarantee for every style. Fabric stretch, compression, cut and intended silhouette can all change how two products in the same labeled size feel.
Oiselle sports bras
Many Oiselle running bras use numeric sizing, while selected structured styles use band/cup sizing. Support also varies by style and intended cup range, so size alone does not determine whether a bra is appropriate for a runner. See our Sports Bra Sizing Guide for fit checks and measuring basics.
If you are between sizes
Compare bust, waist and hip measurements with the current Oiselle chart, then consider the specific garment. For compressive tights or bras, use the product's intended fit and support guidance. For looser tops or layers, personal fit preference may justify choosing the roomier option.
Because products and size availability change over time, the current product page and official Oiselle chart should take priority if they differ from an older garment you own.
