Light Up the Night Against Child Abuse 5K / Fun Run-Walk

Light Up the Night Against Child Abuse is being listed for Friday, August 6, 2027 in Watertown as a tentative date based on the 2026 event and its early-August evening placement. The community fundraiser combines a 5K-style running opportunity with a fun run/walk format and connects participation with support for child-abuse prevention and local victim services. Confluence Running is publishing the projected date now so North Country runners and families can plan ahead. The organizer has not yet confirmed the 2027 edition, so the final start time, course, registration, fundraising details, packet pickup, awards, and event-night schedule may change.

Light Up the Night is a Watertown 5K and fun run-walk fundraiser supporting the Victims Assistance Center of Jefferson County.

Projected planning date for 2028; organizer confirmation is still pending.
