A race-inspired super trainer built for tempo runs, intervals and sustained faster work. The women’s On Cloudflow 5 in Flurry/Wash combines Helion™ HF hyper foam, fast-feeling CloudTec® cushioning and a nylon/glass-fiber Speedboard® for a responsive, propulsive ride that can handle repeated training mileage.

Upper & fit
The breathable ultralight engineered-mesh upper is designed around performance, with a regular fit that On describes as true to size. The Cloudflow 5 uses a standard lace-up closure and is intended to feel light and secure without the minimal hold of a pure racing upper.
