The Altra Experience Flow 3 is designed as an approachable neutral daily trainer. Its 4 mm heel-to-toe drop offers a gradual transition for runners who want Altra's natural-feeling platform without a zero-drop geometry.
The EGO P35 midsole combines with an updated sockliner and TPE strobel layer for a smoother underfoot feel. Increased rubber coverage improves outsole durability and traction, while the refreshed heel collar and engineered mono mesh upper support comfortable daily miles.
