The Nike ZoomX Dragonfly 2 is an ultra-lightweight long-distance track spike engineered for elite performance from the 5K through 10K. Built with Nike’s most resilient and responsive ZoomX foam, this updated design delivers even greater energy return than the previous version, helping you maintain speed when fatigue sets in.

A newly engineered full-length plate features a curved geometry that promotes smooth, powerful toe-offs with every stride. The updated plate material is lighter, more responsive, and more durable, providing consistent propulsion throughout the race. Inspired by insights from the Vaporfly Next% 3, the Dragonfly 2 blends race-day speed with improved stability for confident performance on the track.

The streamlined four-spike traction system reduces weight while enhancing stability thanks to a wider platform, delivering reliable grip on both straightaways and tight turns. A redesigned engineered mesh upper improves breathability and comfort, while reinforced heel structure and a wider midfoot create a more stable, secure fit.
