Healthy Kids Running Series • Binghamton • Fall 2026

Race 3 / Week 3 brought smiles, grit, giggles and plenty of heart to Otsiningo Park on October 4. Kids raced hard, cheered one another on, helped fellow runners, and turned another fall afternoon in Binghamton into the kind of youth running day families remember.

Kids Running Together in Binghamton

Healthy Kids Running Series is at its best when the racing feels both competitive and welcoming. Race 3 had plenty of both: determined starts, wide smiles, spontaneous giggles and young runners helping one another before, during and after their races. Some kids were chasing a finish, some were chasing friends, and others were simply enjoying the chance to run together across the grass at Otsiningo Park.

Superheroes, Volunteers & Community Support

The superhero look showed up throughout the afternoon, from capes on young runners to volunteers helping keep the course organized. Sponsors and community partners were visible around the course as families moved between race groups.
