This running race in Orange County is in memorial for Francis H. Gawors who was a kind and gentle man who supported all athletic endeavors for his son.  Frank passed in May due to COVID-19.  The mission of the 2020 Hudson Valley Turkey Trot was to provide a sense of normalcy to our community in a safe atmosphere.  Proceeds will go towards community running programs and high school athlete scholarships. Photos of the race are below.
